Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven
Marketing Coordinator
to join our team and support marketing efforts across a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands.

Working closely under the direction of the
Marketing Director
, this is a hands‑on role focused on
social media management, graphic design, content creation, and campaign execution
. You’ll help take marketing concepts and strategies from idea to execution while managing the day‑to‑day creative needs of multiple brands.

One day you may be designing promotional graphics for a restaurant, the next you’re creating social content for a nightclub, promoting an upcoming event, or helping execute a larger marketing campaign. Each of our brands has its own personality, audience, and visual identity, so the ability to shift creatively between brands is essential.

• Manage day‑to‑day social media across multiple brands, including Instagram and Facebook
• Create graphics for social media, events, promotions, menus, signage, email campaigns, and other marketing needs
• Write, schedule, and publish social media content under the direction of the Marketing Director
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns from concept through launch
• Maintain established brand voices and visual identities across multiple concepts
• Create and update promotional materials for events, specials, and ongoing programming
• Capture and coordinate photo and video content for social media
• Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement
• Assist with paid social campaigns and digital advertising
• Maintain marketing calendars and help coordinate campaign deadlines and deliverables
• Work with the Marketing Director and restaurant management teams to identify upcoming marketing needs
• Help maintain websites, online menus, event listings, and other digital platforms
• Monitor social and campaign performance and assist with reporting

You’re creative, but you’re also organized. You’re comfortable being given a concept or direction and turning it into polished, on‑brand creative work. You can manage multiple projects at once, respond well to feedback, and understand that priorities can shift quickly in hospitality.

The right person should be:

• Experienced in graphic design with a strong eye for layout, typography, and branding
• Highly comfortable with social media and current content trends
• Able to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
• A strong writer with an eye for tone, grammar, and concise marketing copy
• Detail‑oriented and able to follow established brand standards
• Comfortable receiving creative direction, feedback, and revisions
• Proactive, dependable, and able to manage day‑to‑day responsibilities without constant oversight
• Comfortable collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, management teams, and other departments

• Previous marketing, social media, graphic design, or content creation experience
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Photography and short‑form video/Reels experience is a plus
• Hospitality, restaurant, nightlife, entertainment, or lifestyle marketing experience is a plus

• $45,000 annual salary
