LMM is seeking a Rental Partner Coordinator to lease or sublease units for TIP programs, including Family TIP and YHDP joint TH-RRH models. The role focuses on housing units, owner relations, inspections, and rent determinations to help clients exit homelessness.
The RPC will coordinate with project staff, perform data entry in HMIS, and participate in meetings and trainings. Requires HUD/CoC housing resources knowledge and a valid Ohio driver’s license.
