Primary Patient Population:
- Telemetry
- Acute Medical
- Cardiac Monitoring
- IV insertion, blood draws, Foley catheter insertion, wound care
- Time management, critical thinking, delegating
- In cooperation and conjunction with the nurse manager, plans, coordinates, and evaluates all unit activities impacting patient care delivery.
- Holds self and staff accountable for identification, evaluation, documentation, and appropriate intervention of patients' needs to ensure quality.
- Ensures the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
- Works with the nurse manager to support unit operations, including practice and financial management.
- RN, LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers

Required Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
- Current AHA certification(s) relevant to clinical practice area (as outlined in the RN Clinical Nurse job description).
- 2 years of experience as a registered nurse. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills
