JOIN OUR FAMILY! Hospice of the Western Reserve serves patients spanning 18 counties in Northern Ohio and has 4 Inpatient Hospice Care Centers. We offer multiple styles of care (Admissions, Home Care, Inpatient, After Hours, Pediatric, etc.) with opportunities that include PT, FT, and PRN on days or nights. PHYSICAL

This is medium to heavy work requiring the exertion of up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and the use of appropriate safety transfer techniques and body mechanics when moving, transporting, etc. of patients, sometimes in excess of 150 pounds; work requires stooping, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, fingering, grasping, and feeling; vocal communication;

hearing; visual acuity and color perception. Employee understands and accepts possibility of exposure to environmental elements, infectious disease, blood borne pathogens, chemicals and/or fumes, and adverse effects of inclement weather that may occur.

Conditions Of Employment

• Compliance to Annual Vaccination Policy or ability to provide exemption documentation
• Provide an active auto insurance policy as a licensed driver in the State of Ohio with the proper level of coverage as directed, if applicable

• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
