Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in and around Cleveland, OH. You will provide direct home infusion care, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team in a patient-centered home setting.
Requirements include an active Ohio RN license (multistate acceptable), 3–4 days of availability, and infusion therapy experience. Mileage reimbursement is provided, with paid drive time and competitive wages.
