The unit fosters a collaborative team environment and offers a 12-month nurse residency program for new grads and a department-wide emphasis on servant leadership. Requirements include ADN (BSN preferred) and an Ohio RN license; ACLS and BLS are mandatory, with ACLS training to be completed
