The Nurse Manager provides day-to-day leadership for the Urology G90 Unit, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Highlights- Pay: $101,900 - $155,390/year
- Location: Cleveland, OH

- Department/Unit: Urology G90 Unit
- Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
- Manage practice of professional nursing and delivery of nurse care on assigned unit.
- Establish clinical direction for nursing care delivery and provide clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with liaison departments to maintain patient care standards.
- Develop quality initiatives and implement policies for efficient health service delivery.
- Maintain JCAHO and other regulatory standards.
- Analyze personnel structure and determine staffing needs.
- Provide direction and supervision, evaluate performance, and conduct selection processes.
- Actively promote staff and self-development.
- Participate in clinical nursing research and support foundation research activities.
- Approve purchases and establish or revise inventory quotes.
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience required
- At least 1 year of healthcare management experience required
- Urology or Medical Surgical experience preferred
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
