American Traveler is hiring a PICU RN for a rotating day/night 13-week assignment requiring BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

• PICU unit within a hospital setting
• Pediatric population up to age 25 with specialized epilepsy monitoring care
• Rotating Day/Night shifts: 7:00pm-7:30am and 7:00am-7:30pm (3x12 hours), with possible shift rotation based on operational needs
• Required to work every other holiday

• Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross)
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in PICU specialty required
• Experience with EKGs and inotropes required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required, from an assignment within the past 12 months

• Provide specialized nursing care for pediatric patients including epilepsy monitoring
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment completed during orientation with passing scores required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• RTO must be discussed and finalized during the interview process
