Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Ohio RN license or compact license, and at least 2 years of recent emergency room experience.
Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications are required.
Experience with Epic electronic medical record systems is recommended. Recommended skills include triage, trauma care, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork are valuable for success in this role.
