American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a hospital setting requiring an Ohio or compact license and current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.

• Work on a Med/Surg Tele unit in a hospital setting
• Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population
• Day/Night rotating 3x12 shifts (7pm-7:30am or 7am-7:30pm)
• Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs of the hospital

• Active RN license
  - Ohio or compact state in hand required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele specialty required
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for within the past 12 months
• No pending certifications accepted - must be active at time of consideration

• ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Required to work at least every other holiday
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required with medical or religious exemptions only
• Locals accepted at same bill rate
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
