Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neonatal ICU – Northeast Ohio

Start Date: November 13, 2026

Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Work in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit providing advanced critical care to premature and critically ill newborns
• Night shift schedule offering three 12-hour shifts weekly for enhanced work-life balance
• Join a supportive, interdisciplinary team at a well-established healthcare facility in the Greater Cleveland area
• Contract extension opportunities available for up to 18 months
• Comprehensive orientation and ongoing educational support provided

• Active Ohio RN license or current Compact State RN license required at time of application
• Minimum 12 months of recent Level III Neonatal ICU experience required
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (must be active, not pending)
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from within the past 12 months required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation
• Background check clearance with no open cases
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
