Care Med is seeking a Wound Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced wound care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Ohio. You will assess wounds, prescribe appropriate medications, and coordinate with facility staff.
The role requires an Ohio NP license, board certification, and experience with chronic wounds, wound VACs, and advanced wound products. You will work within an interdisciplinary team and use an EMR to track patient care, with optional DEA licensure.
