The Centers is seeking an LPN to provide patient-centered care in Walk-in MAT (WinMAT) clinics in Ohio. The role emphasizes protocol-driven care, education, and coordination with providers, RNs, and the care team to support treatment adherence and recovery.
Responsibilities include nursing visits, medication administration, data collection, and patient education on MAT and harm reduction strategies, under the supervision of the Manager of Nursing.
