Quality Assurance Representative - 1st Shift

thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative for the 1st shift to ensure compliance with our Quality Management System. This role oversees material disposition, recordskeeping, training, and process auditing.

• Document and data control oversight in Plant, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices.
• Corrective and preventive actions and follow‑ups.
• Oversight of quality records held in Plant and process auditing for compliance.
• Implement statistical control of equipment and processes.
• Ensure accurate information and timely processing of non‑conforming material.
• Act as trainer on quality system documents for plant personnel.
• Maintain records for gages, nonconforming material, inspection forms, stamp logs, etc.

• Good written and verbal skills; detail oriented to Quality Management System requirements.
• Rudimentary computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment with short task completion expectations.
• Ability to work with a diversified workforce and effectively interact with Plant Operations Supervisors and Managers.
• Optional quality system training preferred.

• ASQ certification.
• 3+ years Quality Assurance/Control experience.
• Experience or training in ISO
  9001:2015 or AS9100 quality standards.
