Leasing Coordinator

My Place Group is a leading local real estate company with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including 500 residential apartments and additional units in development. We have multiple luxury residential buildings in Northeast Ohio’s most desirable neighborhoods, offering an exciting environment for sales and customer service professionals.

We are seeking a Leasing Assistant for our Ohio City portfolio, which includes 300 apartment units. With a current occupancy rate of over 96%, this role is positioned for success.

• High-volume prospect calling and emailing
• Tracking leads and managing the leasing pipeline from inquiry to application
• Scheduling showings and coordinating with the Leasing Manager
• Providing resident support during business hours with onsite presence
• Gathering criteria for unit selection and noting preferences (views, size, must-haves)
• Supporting other departments to ensure timely application processing and lease signing
• Gaining knowledge of rental markets and monitoring competitor pricing
