We are seeking a Research & Development Technologist to join our dynamic team in Cleveland
, where you will contribute to our mission of creating advanced materials and manufacturing processes.

• Conduct theoretical and experimental investigations to gain new insights and knowledge.
• Perform analytical, experimental, and investigative work to support scientific research.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, including documented observations, analyses, and interpretations of results.
• Identify and develop new scientific concepts and technologies with a significant business impact.
• Document research findings to support patent disclosures and scientific advancements.

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in Polymer Science, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in polymer composites/materials development.
• Proficient understanding of polymer structure, polymer chemistry, polymer composites, and rheology control; familiarity with relevant instruments is expected.
• A working knowledge of related disciplines and the ability to perform specialized tasks with moderate supervision.
• Strong analytical skills to make judgments and resolve problems based on information and established practices.
• Ability to mentor and provide informal guidance to junior team members.
• Commitment to understanding the organization’s processes and customer needs.
