• A starting pay of $11.00 - $15.00 per hour.

• Lead the Team: Help and guide your team, ensuring everyone does their job well, and coach for improvement.
• Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and resolve any issues quickly.
• Ensure Food Quality: Monitor food to ensure it’s cooked correctly and looks appealing.
• Maintain Operations: Keep the restaurant clean and organized during your shift, and resolve problems; report major issues to the General Manager.
• Physical Requirements: Be on your feet up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds, including bending and twisting as needed.

• Experience in a fast‑food or restaurant job.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Food Handler Certification is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds and bend/twist frequently.
