Upscale Club Mixologist
Aramark at Rocket Arena is seeking a Mixologist to join our team for the 2025-26 Cavs Season at our new all-inclusive fine dining club opening this season.
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing signature drinks, managing the bar inventory, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience.
Our ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities- Design and craft unique and classic cocktails
- Manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure accurate measurements and quality in every drink
- Interact with guests to recommend drinks based on preferences
- Train and mentor junior bar staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Uphold all safety and alcohol regulations
- At least three years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail recipes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative flair for designing beverages
