We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Barista to join our team! In this role, you will welcome customers into the coffee shop and prepare their coffee orders. Responsibilities

Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile
Take food and beverage orders
Explain the menu items to customers
Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex
Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
Maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
