Bartender at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar

As an Applebee’s Bartender you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages so that staff can deliver the best drink possible. You need to be friendly to staff and customers, make fantastic drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

• Mix cocktails and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Provide a friendly and attentive bar experience for guests and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the shift.
• Assist fellow team members as needed.

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Good communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact and delivering excellent service.

Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.

Must be able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
