Base Pay Range

$60,000.00 / hr - $65,000.00 / hr

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
  • Promotes the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Analyzes budget variances and takes corrective actions.
  • Analyzes food and beverage costs.
  • Ensures cash management procedures are completed accurately.
  • Directs and manages shifts effectively with a focus on ensuring all teammates are working effectively in their area of responsibility.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and knowledge of customer recovery strategies.
  • Determines staffing requirements, recruits, and maintains staffing level as needed, trains and coaches teammates.
  • Manages teammate performance in accordance with established standards and procedures; ensures teammates know and adhere to established codes of practice.
  • Delivers a quality product and experience based on brand standards and operating procedures.
  • Conducts effective pre-shift meetings during every shift.
  • Maintains teammate records per established standards and procedures.
  • Monitors adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in kitchen and restaurant.
  • Oversees preparation of food and beverage items; ensures adherence to set recipes.
  • Ensures quality of food and beverage presentation.
  • Interacts with customers to establish positive customer relations and ensures all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly.
  • Determines and executes operating improvements.
  • Schedules food and beverage deliveries; checks the quality of deliveries and documentation.
  • Ensures the correct storage of supplies.
  • Arranges for maintenance and repairs of equipment and services.
  • Identifies and evaluates competitors.
  • Remains current with trends in the restaurant industry.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
