We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented eCommerce Merchandiser to join our growing team. This is a full-time, entry-level position designed for candidates looking to build a long-term career in the e‑commerce industry. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech‑savvy, and ready to learn the core functions of digital merchandising across top online retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and others

You will be responsible for helping our products succeed online—ensuring listings are optimized, promotions are effectively executed, and sales growth aligns with profitability goals. A training period (up to 6 months) will be provided for onboarding into our systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Launch new products across e-commerce marketplaces and ensure listings are complete, accurate, and visually compelling
- Monitor and maintain product integrity across platforms (titles, descriptions, images, specs, pricing)
- Partner with internal teams and retail partners to troubleshoot listing issues, stock problems, or pricing discrepancies
- Identify and execute opportunities to drive visibility and conversion (SEO, content updates, site marketing opportunities)
- Track performance of products using retail dashboards and analytics tools
- Assist in merchandising strategies and promotional planning to drive revenue and margin growth
- Analyze product-level sales, pricing, and competitor data to inform merchandising decisions
- Work within platforms like Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link, Wayfair Partner Home, and internal PIM tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product data is clean, consistent, and optimized
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable analyzing large data sets
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Self‑motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link, or Wayfair Partner Home
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, or other keyword research tools
- Familiarity with Salsify or other Product Information Management (PIM) systems
- Basic understanding of product SEO, digital merchandising best practices, or image optimization
