As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and to ensure that the store meets our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
We welcome dynamic self‑starters from entry‑level to seasoned professionals. While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome beginners. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued and we are open to applicants looking to develop their skills.
Qualifications- Retail experience preferred, but applicants with amateur‑level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcome.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited to an interview.
