• Assist with day-to-day store operations and customer service
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking and cleaning duties

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and interpret operational directives is required
• Store management experience in a retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and meet physical demands of the role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, team-oriented environment

• Previous experience in retail management or customer service roles
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and practices
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising
• Skills in problem-solving and decision-making
