Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role. The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a team, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and ensure the store meets sales goals. The Manager will also be responsible for staff training, scheduling, and fostering a positive work environment while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold store standards.
• Ensure product displays are full, organized, and visually appealing — including seasonal and promotional layouts.
• Assist customers in-store, and via email with questions, orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular counts, receiving transfers, and managing Best-By dates.
• Support online order fulfillment by ensuring items are correctly pulled, checked, packaged, and shipped.
• Monitor for loss prevention, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Run and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

• A people-first leader who can motivate, multitask, and keep things organized.
• Retail or management experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in candy, collectibles, or hobby stores).
• Someone who thrives in a busy environment, solves problems quickly, and keeps it positive.
• A love for pop culture, fandoms, and all things sweet!
