• You hold an active real estate salesperson license (or are in the process of obtaining your license)
• You are motivated by sales and love a good challenge
• You thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment

• You have strong local knowledge or a desire to learn your market inside and out
• You are proficient with Google Suite
• You have solid connections in the industry (lenders, attorneys, contractors)

This role is commission based. Brokers are independent contractors.
