- Two paid round-trip flights back to the U.S. in your first year

- Build your career while mentoring and developing local Panamanian sales talent
- Lead sales efforts and act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Research, identify, and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and lead analysis
- Develop a relationship with potential customers and grow it into a stable book of business
- Coordinate customer freight with available carrier equipment and provide competitive solutions
- Collaborate internally to exceed customer expectations and learn advanced sales strategies
- Mentor new hires and current employees on sales tactics, processes, and industry best practices
- Track progress of new hires and report insights to the Director of Sales
- Step in to lead the Sales team in the Director’s absence
- Work closely with leadership on pricing strategy, customer contracts, and closing deals
- Meet or exceed KPIs and department goals while growing your professional skills
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or related sales environment preferred
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate/Bachelor’s in logistics, business, or related field preferred - Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with TMS/CRM platforms and intermediate Excel/Google Drive skills (pivot tables, VLOOKups, reporting)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
