About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential merchant clients. This high-impact, outbound-focused role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in fintech and payment processing with a clear path to Account Executive.
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective merchants and will play a critical role in setting high-quality, qualified meetings for our Account Executives and Sales Leadership.
What You’ll Do- Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and Linked In to small and mid‑sized businesses
- Initiate conversations with business owners to understand their payment processing needs
- Qualify prospects against the defined ideal customer profile (ICP) and criteria
- Book and confirm meetings for Account Executives and/or the Team Lead
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and strong meeting quality
- Consistently work toward and exceed monthly activity and meeting targets
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or outbound prospecting (payments or fintech experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Competitive, goal‑driven mindset with high activity tolerance
- Coachable, disciplined, and eager to grow into a closing role
- Base Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
- On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 annually
