Inside Sales Representative

DSI Groups is looking for a motivated, disciplined, goal-driven individual to join our high-performing insurance sales team. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or looking for a rewarding career change, we provide everything you need to succeed—leads, training, mentorship, and an unmatched commission structure.

Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $/yr

What You’ll Do
  • Get Licensed! Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance).
  • Meet with Clients – Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs.
  • Present Tailored Solutions – Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups.
  • Close Sales & Earn Big – Guide clients through the application process.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships – Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service.
  • Stay Informed – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed.
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in-person meetings).
