DSI Groups is looking for a motivated, disciplined, goal-driven individual to join our high-performing insurance sales team. Base Pay Range$50,000.00/yr - $/yr

What You’ll Do- Get Licensed! Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance).
- Meet with Clients – Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs.
- Present Tailored Solutions – Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups.
- Close Sales & Earn Big – Guide clients through the application process.
- Build Long-Term Relationships – Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service.
- Stay Informed – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in-person meetings).
