Route Sales Representative - Interview Day 1/7/2026 role at Frito-Lay

$3000 retention bonus paid within 2 years of employment (based on performance and eligibility). All interviews will be held on 1/7/2026.

Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at Frito-Lay! They are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

• Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members
• Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
• Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
• Work in a fun, fast paced, and physical environment

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
