- Build and lead a residential sales team that exceeds sales goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies to grow the Guardian brand
- Set and track sales targets and KPI metrics for the sales team
- Monitor employee productivity and motivate the team to reach daily sales goals
- Coordinate team activities and projects to meet timelines
- Implement sales incentive programs and contests to increase performance
- Provide coaching and training for team members
- Conduct regular opportunity and KPI review meetings to ensure achievement against targets
- Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and risks
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the CRM system with weekly data integrity checks
- Some college or equivalent working experience
- Five years of sales experience
- Two years of sales team leadership
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and customers
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Positive, outgoing, results‑oriented, ambitious team leader
- Ability to motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
