Account Executive – Beacon Hill
Join Beacon Hill as an Account Executive, a high‑impact sales role where you identify and develop relationships with businesses that benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will conduct client outreach, deliver sales presentations, manage the client relationship, and work closely with our recruiting team to match talent with client needs.
Base Pay Range$45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Responsibilities- Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
- Conduct proactive high‑volume cold calls to set introductory client meetings.
- Meet clients—visit work sites, deliver sales presentations, and assess client needs.
- Manage the job‑order process, partnering with staffing consultants to fulfill client requests.
- Serve as the client’s first point‑of‑contact throughout the job‑order process and handle client entertainment events.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- A passion for working with people.
- Strong self‑motivation and a tenacious work ethic.
- Sound judgment and discretion in evaluating client and candidate fit.
- Leadership skills and a competitive drive.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
