As we expand into the spirits market in 2026, we are launching an exciting new division, and we’re looking for a dynamic Brand Development Representative to help bring it to life. This is more than a sales role; it’s an opportunity to shape the way high-quality spirits are introduced, promoted, and experienced across Ohio. The ideal candidate is a motivated, outgoing professional who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- Develop and manage strong relationships with bars, restaurants, retailers, and hospitality clients
- Present and promote a wide-ranging portfolio of high proof brands
- Execute brand programs, promotions, and placements across accounts
- Monitor account performance and identify new growth opportunities
- Educate clients and staff on product features, tasting notes, and brand stories
- Coordinate tastings, staff trainings, and promotional events
- Track sales activity across company systems (IDIG, Power BI)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products
- Execute OHLQ transfers for perspective accounts and wholesale commitments
- 1–3 years of experience in liquor sales, beverage distribution, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality and professional presentation
- Competitive base salary plus commission (based on experience)

- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain a solicitors permit in the State of Ohio
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry is a strong plus
- 10-12 Account visits per day tracked by Karma for every visit
- Schedule On-Premise Samplings/Features (2 per month)
- On and Off-premise checklist to be provided by ASM
- Supplier/ASM work withs monthly
$45,000 base, $1000 per Month PFP opportunity + Supplier Funded Incentives
