POSITION

We are looking to add the best Property & Casualty Insurance agents to our team. Lending Tree has created an insurance agency within a multibillion-dollar public company, and we are rapidly growing QW Insurance Solutions!

We are searching for professionals who are passionate about selling & presenting the highest value to our consumer base, both in the product as well as how we share it. Our organization is all about high touch, high support, value-based selling & product matching as well as your professional development & career advancement.

Our P&C agents are responsible for answering, informing, comparing carriers, and closing the sale. We need agents that are excited and able to self-manage, sell with value and help the consumer experience the security and trust a big company provides while acting as invested as their local agent!

• Handling inbound calls to quote and sell auto and home insurance across all main carriers
• Providing customers with a professional & high value experience
• Becoming a subject matter expert with each of our carrier’s insurance products
• Building & maintaining specific personal lines insurance knowledge of all states and carrier products to effectively counsel insurance customers
• Focusing heavily on policy retention and lifetime value
  
  Operating from a solution-oriented mindset
• Executing all duties and assignments as directed by management

• Highly competitive and uncapped variable compensation with achievable incentive and bonus gates
• Base hourly rate rewarding of a skilled, licensed professional
• Constant supply of inbound calls with high intent consumers shopping for new auto and home insurance
• Servicing is done by our in-house team to allow you to focus exclusively on new business
• Access to season tickets to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse Events, Playhouse Square Events & other events in and around the Cleveland area
• Flexible schedules and shifts that fit with your lifestyle

• Active Property and Casualty license in your home state is required (multiple states a plus)
• 2+ years of proven success in selling P&C Insurance with deep knowledge of auto and home products
• Passionate about sales, customers, and success
• Proficient computer skills with proven ability to learn & retain new systems & processes
• Ability to handle and manage a high volume of sales opportunities
• Expert ability to cross-sell in call & after bind
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written business communication skills
