Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Use scripts to identify customer needs for our products and services, and proactively address customer concerns.
- Handle inbound calls from prospective customers with a friendly, professional, and ethical approach.
- Answer client questions, resolve issues, and provide support regarding products or services.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve collective success.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.
- Bring energy and persistence to every call — every conversation is an opportunity!
Data Management
- Update customer information in CRM systems, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in sales, account management, or a related role preferred.
- Ability to follow sales scripts and handle objections with confidence.
- Strong understanding of customer service practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures for attendance and attire.
