Turnserv is a modern, technology-enabled property services platform serving multifamily housing, commercial real estate, and hospitality clients across the U.S.
Our mission is simple, but powerful:
to foster well-being by beautifying spaces
. Whether it’s a single apartment turn or a multi-property initiative, our work improves environments people live, work, and connect in, at scale.
Recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies, Turnserv combines operational expertise, centralized systems, and proprietary AI-driven routing tools to deliver fast, professional, and dependable results; job after job, building by building.
We currently support over 100 property management logos in the Cleveland and Akron markets, providing recurring services such as painting, flooring installation, surface refinishing, commercial interior upgrades, and turn-focused improvements.
This role is about more than sales; it's about solving real problems for real operators with consistency, accountability, and partnership. And in many cases, a single well-managed client can represent an entire sales quota.
Our CultureAt Turnserv, culture isn’t just words; it’s how we operate. We’re building a team that leads with initiative, finishes what they start, and creates value others can count on.
Our purpose is to foster well-being by beautifying spaces, and we apply that same principle internally: creating a workplace where people are supported, challenged, and trusted to grow.
We are guided by four core values:
- Driven – We pursue meaningful results with urgency and focus
- Collaborative – We share context, align fast, and move together
- Accountable – We take ownership, communicate clearly, and follow through
- Innovative – We challenge inefficiencies and improve systems every week
You’ll be supported by proven systems, transparent expectations, and a network of teammates who believe in shared goals. We believe that when a team is aligned by purpose and equipped with the right tools, it can outperform larger, slower-moving organizations; decisively.
