About the Cleveland Sirens:

The Cleveland Sirens are Cleveland's WNBA franchise, the league's 16th, set to tip off in 2028 at Rocket Arena. Introduced to the world on August 4, 2026, the Sirens brand was co-authored with the community over a 13-month process that engaged tens of thousands of people across Northeast Ohio. The name draws on Lake Erie, the region's defining natural asset, and the Siren herself is sharp, fearless and unapologetic, power, and a symbol of something greater than herself.

This is a build-from-zero opportunity. The Sirens have already banked 12,000 season ticket membership initial payments and run over 40 community events reaching more than 3,500 girls across the region, but the marketing organization, fan base and inaugural-season plan are still being built. You can be part of how Cleveland and the WNBA come to know this team.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Director, Premium Sales & Service leads the Cleveland Sirens' premium revenue strategy — suites, floor seats, premium clubs and hospitality experiences at Rocket Arena — from first pitch through renewal. This leader owns the full premium sales cycle and the service model that keeps premium Guests coming back and will play a defining role in shaping what a premium experience looks like at a Sirens game from the franchise's very first season.

Reporting to the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service, this leader builds relationships with corporate decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals, leads a team focused on both new premium sales and premium account service.

The ideal candidate combines strong new-business sales instincts with a service mindset — someone who closes the deal and then makes sure the account renews for years to come.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own the strategy and revenue targets for all premium inventory, including suites, courtside seating, premium clubs and group hospitality experiences at Rocket Arena.
  • Lead the full premium sales cycle — prospecting, proposals, site visits, negotiation and contract execution — for corporate accounts and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Build and lead the Premium Sales & Service team, including hiring, coaching, one-on-ones and professional development for all direct reports.
  • Design and own the premium service model — onboarding, in-season touchpoints, benefit fulfillment and renewal strategy — to maximize premium account retention and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Corporate Partnerships to identify and develop B2B leads and cross-sell opportunities between sponsorship and premium seating.
  • Be the senior sales lead on the largest and most complex premium deals, including multi-year suite leases and custom hospitality packages.
  • Maintain accurate premium pipeline and account records in Salesforce, and report on premium revenue, renewal rates and account health to the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service.
  • Set pricing and inventory strategy for premium products in partnership with Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, sales or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of relevant sales experience, including 3+ years leading a premium seating, suite sales or hospitality sales and service team.
  • Experience selling and servicing premium seating and suites in sports, entertainment or a comparable high-touch hospitality environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with corporate and high-net-worth clientele.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM and familiarity with ticketing platforms (e.g., Seat Geek, AXS, Suite Pro).
  • A service-oriented mindset paired with strong new-business sales instincts.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, Guest-facing, start-up-style environment as the Sirens build toward their first season.
COMPENSATION:
  • Base Salary + Annual Bonus + Commission.
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for team members and dependents.
  • Employer 401K match.
  • Complimentary downtown/onsite parking at arena.
  • Vacation (PTO), Personal Significance Days, Holiday pay
  • Home tickets (Cavs, Monsters, Charge), Cavs team shop discount, and much more!
