Division 1 is growing, and we’re looking for driven, motivated sales professionals to join our team.

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners to understand their roofing needs, present solutions, and guide customers through the process of selecting the right roofing products and services for their homes.

This is a high-income, performance-based opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of their results, and wants the opportunity to build the long-term career in sales.

• Connect with homeowners and generate new retail roofing business
• Develop relationships with prospective customers and build a strong sales pipeline
• Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present roofing products, services, and project options
• Prepare estimates and proposals and confidently close sales
• Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales information in CRM systems
• Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience
• Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and stay focused on results
• Valid driver’s license
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required – training is provided
