Overview:

Our client is seeking a driven, hunter-mentality Business Development Representative (BDR) to help them own this emerging space.

They offer a new technology solution for Assisted Living facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Target and book strategic meetings with key decision-makers, including Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and VPs of Operations at senior living organizations.
• Drive outbound prospecting through cold calling, strategic email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and post-conference follow-ups.
• Assess prospect needs, qualify decision-makers, and hand off clean, warm opportunities to Account Executives.
• Live in Hub Spot to track every touchpoint, maintain data integrity, and keep the pipeline accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in senior care, home health, hospice, post-acute care, or medical alert / nurse-call systems.
• A proactive, self-starter drive—you love dialing, enjoy booking meetings, and never wait around for inbound leads.
• Comfort and confidence speaking directly with healthcare operators and navigating past gatekeepers.
• Strong organizational habits with strict discipline around CRM tracking and timely follow-ups.
