This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role is based in Cleveland, OH. The Sales Consultant will meet with homeowners to assess exterior home improvement needs, present roofing, siding, and related product options, and guide customers through solution recommendations. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, preparing estimates, explaining financing options, and following up with leads to build strong customer relationships. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, collaborating with installation and operations teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact through project completion.

The Sales Consultant is expected to achieve sales targets while representing Great Lakes Home Remodeling with professionalism and integrity.

• Demonstrated Sales Consulting and Consulting experience in home improvement, construction, or related industries.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain technical details in accessible language.
• Ability to learn and present product knowledge related to roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling solutions.
• Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing role that includes in-home visits and local travel in the Cleveland, OH area.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, including experience managing leads and using basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
