Director, National Accounts
Location: Remote
Lead the national account strategy for my client, an innovative commercial-stage biotechnology company transforming cancer diagnostics. This high-impact role owns relationships with major national reference laboratories, driving adoption, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships that can expand access to next-generation diagnostics.

- Build and execute multi-year national account growth strategies
- Own revenue, retention, expansion, forecasting, and account performance
- Develop executive, clinical, laboratory, supply chain, and value-analysis relationships
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and contract negotiations
- Lead business reviews and uncover new product-adoption opportunities
- Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, Finance, and Legal resources
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven success selling sophisticated clinical diagnostics to national laboratory accounts
- Strong knowledge of the clinical laboratory industry
- Exceptional enterprise relationship-building and executive presentation skills
- Financial, forecasting, contracting, and strategic account expertise
