Regional Growth Specialist

Roundstone helps small and midsize employers take control of their healthcare spend through self-funding with a group medical captive. We're hiring two Regional Growth Specialists (RGS), one for our East territory and one for our West, to start the conversations that build our pipeline.

Follow up on 90% of marketing qualified leads within two business days. Our best RGSs reach most leads the same day, because a fast, thoughtful first conversation is what turns interest into a meeting.

• Follow-up on leads (MQLs) and qualify benefits advisors, agencies and employers to set meetings for the Regional Practice Leaders (RPLs) in your territory
• Prospect by phone, email, and Linked In using a modern sales engagement tech stack
• Work with Marketing to sharpen campaigns based on what you hear in the field
• Shadow RPLs and attend Roundstone's signature events (about 25% travel)

This role reports to the Manager, Sales Enablement and is built to grow you into an RPL. Readiness means being licensed, running sales presentations, and presenting proposals with confidence. Most RGSs are ready in 12 to 24 months, and the call can come sooner. You'll have quarterly milestones, training guides, an RPL mentor, and regular check-ins.

• 1 to 4 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Confidence on the phone and a habit of fast follow-through
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to earn your Ohio Life and Health license within 6 to 8 weeks (we'll help)
