This entry-level position supports a sales team focused on BD's vascular access products, including Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and Power Glide. The role involves field training, customer engagement, product education, and sales support across multiple territories in a single region. A bachelor's degree and up to 50% travel are required.
Responsibilities- Accompany Sales Consultants on field visits to learn sales processes and enhance skills
- Attend training to develop knowledge of BD vascular access products
- Grow portfolio of Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and Power Glide products
- Provide customers with product information, training, and updates on pricing and policies
- Conduct in-service training on peripheral access products to healthcare facilities
- Bachelor's degree
- One to four years outside sales experience or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, medical and vascular terminology
- Strong persuasion and influencing abilities
