We currently have a career opportunity for an Account Executive - Retail and Consumer Goods to join our team located in Detroit, MI, Columbus or Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA.Job Overview:
As an Account Executive for our Retail and Consumer Goods practice, you will be responsible for generating new business, winning net-new clients, and growing strategic relationships within existing accounts. You will develop and executive account plans that drive revenue, expand market presence, and deliver long-term customer value. Qualifications Years of

Experience:

5+ years of services sales or professional consulting experience.

Experience in the following industries a plus:
Retail, Distribution, Travel and Hospitality.

A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at Fortune 500 clients.

Knowledge of/experience with structured sales methodologies, e.g., Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Power based Selling, Target Account Selling.

Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.

Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.

Familiarity with AI-Enhanced platform is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.

A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
