Health System Account Executive

$200K–$280K+ Total Compensation + Company Car

ECA Recruiters is working with the Health System division of a global top 10 pharmaceutical manufacturer to identify an experienced Health System Account Executive covering the Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets.

This is a strategic account role focused on building long-term relationships with major health systems and driving growth across the territory.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key health systems
• Understand customer priorities, challenges and opportunities
• Work cross-functionally to drive account strategy and revenue growth
• Serve as the quarterback for account planning, collaboration and resource allocation

Compensation

• Base salary: $160K–$220K, depending on experience
• Target bonus: $55K, uncapped based on performance
• $200K–$280K+ total income potential
• Long-term incentives available for top performers

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hospital or health system account management experience
• Proven record of sales success, including rankings, awards or recognition
• Bachelor's degree required
• Clean driving record
• Experience managing UPMC
