Earth Smart Environmental Solutions, LLC (ES2) is recruiting an Onsite RMW/Medical Sharps technician in the Cleveland, OH area.

In this role, you will manage and perform a sharps medical waste container exchange system. Tasks include ordering, distributing, handling, collecting, and changing out all sharp‑related waste streams containers in strict accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations. The technician will gown up, check in, discreetly enter, and move about the various locations within the medical centers. You will check, collect, and replace all containers to avoid overfilling on a regularly scheduled basis in every room and crash cart equipped with a sharps container.

Other duties as assigned by the Onsite Supervisor or RMW‑Sharps Division Manager.

Service is to be provided at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center at 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106.

Perform services Monday‑Friday during normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. No weekends or Federal Holidays.

• Good communication skills, team player, multi‑tasking with a strong work ethic, customer‑sensitive and friendly.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods to service the facility.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Possess a diligent attention to safety.
• Must pass a background check and drug testing.
