• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor management to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas within the healthcare environment.
• Communicate professionally with staff, patients, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Remain alert to potential hazards or unusual situations and report findings to appropriate personnel.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants with criminal histories may be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
