As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prestigious hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. • Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entrances and exits as required by site‑specific guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting in evacuations or other urgent situations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with guests, staff, and/or emergency responders as needed.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
