Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to help defend premises and monitor activity through security systems. The position requires a sharp eye, excellent observation skills, and strong reporting capabilities.

• Site location:
  Cleveland, Ohio
• Flexible schedule – multiple part‑time shifts:
  Thursday–Saturday 5 p.m.–1 a.m. (2nd shift) and 1 a.m.–8 a.m. (3rd shift)
• Competitive hourly wage of $16.75 / hour;

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report‑writing skills
• Excellent visual observation and concentration skills
• Technology proficiency
• Experience in security, military, law enforcement is a plus
