Security Investigator – Dollar Bank

Dollar Bank is seeking a Security Investigator to conduct routine to complex investigations involving fraud and physical security considerations. The role works closely with Security Department analysts and maintains professional relationships with law enforcement and other institutions.

• Conduct routine and complex investigations, including checks, digital, electronic, identity theft, card, loans, and physical property fraud.
• Interview individuals in accordance with Bank expectations and applicable laws.
• Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and organize case data.
• Analyze industry fraud trends and report on operational impacts.
• Implement, maintain, and respond to physical security strategies and equipment performance.
• Participate in the Department’s 24/7 emergency and investigative response team.
• Travel to Bank properties as needed for investigations or interviews.
• Act as a risk manager, reporting and monitoring risks per Dollar Bank’s risk management program.

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, accounting, finance, pre‑law, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year experience conducting fraud and/or physical security investigations.
• Understanding of financial fraud investigations and physical security systems.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Experience with financial transactions preferred.

Salary: $40,000 – $52,000 annually.

Location:

950 Main Avenue, Suite 1700.

Full‑time, non‑exempt

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
